The fees for legal representation always depend on the amount of work that a case will require, the difficulty and the relevance of the case. In any case, I will make the costs transparent before I start working on your case.
First Consultation
For a first consultation I am usually charging 150 € (VAT included). If you hire my services after a first consultation, the fees for this consultation already count towards the total payment.
Legal representation before authorities and courts
In general, I charge the statutory fees set out in the German Code on Attorney’s Compensation (Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz, RVG). In some cases, I will offer a separate fee agreement at the outset of the representation to establish an appropriate legal fee for your specific case. This will mostly be the case if it is foreseeable that the required workload will exceed these statutory fees.
I usually agree with you on a partial advance payment. The remaining payment is then made after invoicing. Payment in installments is possible by arrangement.

You can pay in cash at my office. To make a bank transfer, please use the following account details. Please always state the file number (Aktenzeichen) which I have assigned to your case as the reason for payment.
